Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Scope of Services

ZOHAR WEALTH PRIVATE LIMITED provides educational and training services, including:

• One-on-one educational consulting via phone, video call, or other electronic mediums
• Online and offline coaching & training programs
• Online self-paced courses hosted on LMS platforms
• Live or recorded webinars, workshops, and training sessions
• Paid participation in live educational events (online or offline)

2. No Refund Policy for Delivered Services

All sales are final once services are delivered, sessions booked, or access to digital products is granted.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Completed one-on-one consulting or coaching sessions
• Accessed or downloaded online course materials
• Attended or scheduled training events
• Missed sessions/events due to client unavailability

Note: Since our services are knowledge-based and educational (not physical goods), refunds cannot be provided once access or delivery is granted.

3. Refund Eligibility – Exceptional Cases Only

Refunds may be considered in the following cases if requested within 7 calendar days of purchase:

• Duplicate payment for the same service
• Inability to access purchased content due to unresolved technical issues
• Service delivered is materially different from what was advertised

Proof or documentation may be required to process such requests.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Consulting/Coaching:

Non-cancellable and non-refundable after booking. One-time rescheduling allowed with 48 hours' notice.

4.2 Subscriptions:

Cancel anytime with 30 days prior written notice. No refunds for current or past billing cycles.

4.3 Events:

Fees are non-refundable once registered. Transfer possible with prior written request at our discretion.

5. Refund Timeline

All eligible refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. The actual time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and bank policies.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please email your request to: [email protected] with:

• Full name and contact info
• Order/payment ID and date
• Reason and any supporting documentation

We will respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds as per our refund timeline.

7. Unauthorized Use

Sharing, resale, or redistribution of any purchased materials is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in termination of access and possible legal action.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website. Please review regularly.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
